This page contains links to pages that should be of interest only to people who are members of WPOC. ALL of the pages with a title ending in the word "Actions" require providing a password in order to use them. This is because the pages examine or change information that the general public should not be messing with. The passworded pages are in four groups based on who are the appropriate users. Appropriate user groups are Event Directors and people administering an event, Rogaine Organizers, the Person Creating the Schedules for the Year, the Membership Coordinator, the Person who manages the bank and PayPal accounts (the "Treasurer"), the Club President, and the Website Manager. The Website Manager is not specifically listed for any of the actions below because Website Manager access is appropriate for ALL actions.
The first link allows a person to sign up for the potluck meal that we have at our Annual General Meeting. The second link allows a person to see what food other people who have signed up are bringing. The first link is time dependent; it cannot be used until three weeks before the potluck meal will be held. No password is required; any club member can use either of these pages.
