It does this separately for the 3-hour and 6-hour races; so to get all non-signers for an event you must input for each race separately. Release one or more teams on the Raccoongaine waiting list or the 3BC waiting list and notifying them that they can register. Add or Subtract people from a team at a Mini-Rogaine. After verifying the password and determining which mini-rogaine is involved, you need to specify the team involved and the number of members to be added or withdrawn. The registration list shows the change in the "Status" column. The count file for the races is updated. The registration file is NOT changed. There are ten files used to keep track of what is happening with a mini-rogaine: registration files, waiver files, waiting files and more. Before a mini-rogaine can be opened for registration, all of these files must be initialized so they do not contain data from the previous event on the same area. This page does the initialization.
