Download the Registration Files for Raccoongaine or 3BC

Registrations for mini-rogaines are kept in two files for each event: the 3-hr registrations in one file, the 6-hr registrations in another. You can use this page to download any of the registations files for either Raccoongaine or the Babcock Bog & Boulder Challenge. The files on the server are .txt files; it is recommended that when you download you save them as .csv files. A password is required; the same password is used for both events.

Show the Number of People Registered for Raccoongaine or 3BC

The number of people registered for each race of a mini-rogaine are kept in a single file. This page can be used to display what the current numbers are. The numbers are changed when someone registers and when someone withdraws. A password is required; the same password is used for both events.

Show Waiver Signers for Raccoongaine or 3BC

Shows which members of each team registered for Raccoongaine or 3BC have signed the online waiver and which have not. Teams are listed alphabetically and separated by which race (3-hour or 6-hour) the team is in. A password is required; the same password is used for both events.

Show Teams Waiting for Raccoongaine or 3BC Entry

Allows viewing of the people who are on the waiting list for Raccoongaine or 3BC. A password is required to see this information; the same password is used for both events.

Release or Remove From Waiting List

Release one or more teams on the Raccoongaine waiting list or the 3BC waiting list and notifying them that they can register. This page can also be used to remove entries from the waiting list due to lost interest or a mistake. A password is required to be allowed to make a release or removal; the same password is used for both events.

Withdraw a Team From a Mini-Rogaine

Withdraw all or part of a team from a Mini-Rogaine. After verifying the password and determining which mini-rogaine is involved, you need to specify the team involved and the number of members to be withdrawn. The registration list shows the withdrawal in the "Club" column. The count file for the races is updated. The registration file is NOT changed. A password is required; the same password is used for both mini-rogaines.

Initialize the Files for a Mini-Rogaine

There are ten files used to keep track of what is happening with a mini-rogaine: registration files, waiver files, waiting files and more. Before a mini-rogaine can be opened for registration, all of these files must be initialized so they do not contain data from the previous event on the same area. This page does the initialization. Before using doing the initialization, be sure that there is no further need for the old data. A password is required; the password is the same for both Raccoongaine and the Babcock Bog & Boulder Challenge.
