For each of the mini-rogaines, many files are maintained in connection with team registration.
Two principal registration files (one for each race) that hold all the details of registration: team data and member data.
Two listing files (one for each race) that hold the information displayed when someone wants to check who is registered
for the event.
Two waiver files (one for each race) that keep track of which team members have signed the online waiver.
A count file that keeps track of the number of people registered for each race.
A waiting-list
file that keeps track of teams waiting to get into an event after the registration limit has been reached.
A waiting sequence file to keep track of the number of waiting requests for each race.
A file of SI card numbers with flags to indicate they are assigned or not.
Use this page to initialize all of the
files associated with one mini-rogaine. When you choose one of the mini-rogaines below, all of the files associated with that event
will have any old data erased and they will be set to their initial contents. This initialization should be done prior to opening
registration for the event.
You must provide the password to initialize.
