Release a Waiting Team for a Mini-Rogaine
This page can be used to release of a team from the waiting list for one of the mini-rogaine events so the team can register; or it removes a team
from the waiting list because the team is no longer interested or entered the waiting list through error. It performs its actions
in three stages: first it validates the password and allows event selection; second it allows the choice of the waiting team to be released or removed; and
third it removes the team from the waiting list and if it is a normal release sends email notifying the team that it can register.
