Once the workshopsinfo.csv file has been created on a computer, it must be uploaded to the server. This may
be done in two ways, depending on the purpose of the upload. If the file being uploaded is the initial workshop schedule for a new year,
the upload will cause the previous version of workshopsinfo.csv on the server to be renamed. For example, if the initial schedule
for 2022 is being uploaded, workshopsinfo.csv on the server will be renamed workshopsinfo2021.csv and then the new 2022 version will
be uploaded. This is done to archive the past schedules. This type of upload should be done only once a year.
If the file being uploaded is an update of the current schedule (perhaps because a workshop changed or a new workshop was added), uploading
will cause the previous version of workshopsinfo.csv to be overwritten by the new version. This type of upload may be done
as often as necessary.
