Once the offeringinfo.csv file has been created on a computer, it must be uploaded to the server. This may
be done in two ways, depending on the purpose of the upload. If the file being uploaded is the initial schedule for a new year,
the upload will cause the previous version of offeringinfo.csv on the server to be renamed. For example, if the initial schedule
for 2022 is being uploaded, offeringinfo.csv on the server will be renamed offeringinfo2021.csv and then the new 2022 version will
be uploaded. This is done to archive the past schedules. This type of upload should be done only once a year.
If the file being uploaded is an update of the current schedule (perhaps because an event changed or a new event was added), uploading
will cause the previous version of offeringinfo.csv to be overwritten by the new version. This type of upload may be done
as often as necessary.
Regardless of which case applies, once the upload is complete, do not expect to see an instant change in the schedule. This is because
when the welcome page is first entered the offeringinfo.csv file is read and its information is stored in session variables. These variables are
maintained for some time to fill in information in other pages. To see the new or updated schedule,
you will have to close your browser, reopen it and go to the welcome page.
