From Route 22, exit at Cresson and go north on Route 53 for 9.5 miles to Ashville.  There, Route 53 makes a little zigzag, right and then left.  Continue on Route 53 for 8 more miles to the tiny village of Frugality (only two houses).  Turn left onto State Park Drive; there is a park sign to guide you.  Go 2.5 miles on State Park Drive and turn right on Buck Rd toward Muskrat Beach.  Go 1.5 miles on Buck Rd to the Beach 3 parking area.  We are at pavilion #4.
