From Interstate 376, take exit 38 onto Route 68 east.  Go 1.7 miles on 68  to College Ave and turn right.  Follow College Ave about four blocks to the Library at 100 College Ave.  Parking is on the street.  If you are coming a different way and get onto route 68 going west through Beaver, you cannot turn left onto College Ave.  You will have to turn left on either Wayne St (one block east of College Ave) or Insurance St (one block west.
