This page is for applying to become a member of WPOC or for renewing a membership (paying dues) in which payment is by check. There are three levels of membership. The benefits of membership can be seen here

| Individual | any adult person | $12 per year | One vote at the annual membership meeting |
| Family | an adult, his/her spouse and their dependents living in the same household | $18 per year | Up to two votes at the annual membership meeting |
| Junior | a person under 21 years of age | $6 per year | No voting rights |
To Apply for Membership in WPOC: Print the form below; fill in the blanks and sent it and your check payable to WPOC to Sherry Shank, the membership coordinator, at the address below. When applying for membership after Sept 1 of any given year, the payment will cover membership for the current year and all of the next year.
To Pay Membership Dues: Just send your check payable to WPOC to Sherry Shank at the address below. You do not need the form below unless you have changed addresses or phone numbers. If there is a change, please include the form below so we can update our records.
