1. Approval of minutes of 10 November 2019 meeting (attached).

  2. Election of club Officers

        The current office holders are Jim Wolfe, President; Joe Logan Vice President; and Jennifer Livingston Secretary.  

  3. Report on Past Year's Achievements (no action)

• 3 regular orienteering events were held; ski-o was canceled for lack of snow; 5 other events were canceled due to Covid-19; and night-o was canceled for lack of participants.
• 4 do-it-yourself courses were made available to the public, 3 from canceled events and 1 urban treasure hunt
  
• 3 orienteering workshop exercises were held (3 others were canceled), 1 attempt at online instruction was tried  and 1 presentation was made
• Club maps:   Most of the Babcock Division of Gallitzin State Forest was field checked (progress map on view at meeting); small maps of Camp Baker and Beaver Co. Conservation District were made for potential workshops or permanent courses; updates to the maps of North Park, Yellow Creek North, Stackhouse Park, and Forbes State Forest were made.
