Approval of minutes of 13 November
2016 meeting.

Election of non-officer members
We need to elect the two members of the board who are not officers.
Each is for a two-year term. The current people holding
these positions are Alexis Rzewski, who was elected two years ago, and
Yaki Barak, who was elected last year to replace Joe Logan who moved
into the Vice President position.
3. Report
on Past Year's Achievements
- The 9 regular
orienteering events plus Ski-O at Laurel Ridge, Raccoongaine and Keystone Training
- The 12
orienteering workshop exercises, including one in conjunction with
World Orienteering Day. Only three of these were open to the
public; others were for specific organizations. including a paid one
for Fed Ex employees..
- 3 other orienteering promotional activities.
- New
club maps: Northmoreland Park (to be used in 2018) and Heritage
Reservation (to be used in 2018), Munnell Run Farm (for a permanent
course) and Hollidaysburg Senior High School (for a future workshop)

5. Board Actions over the
past year
- Buying more e-punch equipment: 16 control boxes, 10 SI-9 cards, a carrying case
- Buying equipment to replace batteries in control boxes: 5
O-rings, 10 batteries for control boxes, solder, sealant
- Donating $400 to the Paralympic Trail-O team to support their trip to the Trail-O world championships

- Hold

Pine Ridge unless we find an alternative location to hold the annual
meeting)
