1. Approval of minutes of 8 November 2015 meeting.

  2. Election of officer members

        We need to elect a president, vice president and secretary for two year terms.  Currently, Jim Wolfe is President, Dave Battista is Vice President, and Jen Livingston is Secretary.  

  3. Report on Past Year's Achievements

• The 9 regular orienteering events plus Raccoongaine and Keystone Training (one other event, ski-o, was canceled)
• The 9 orienteering workshop exercises (2 others canceled).
• The 2 formal presentations and 1 other opportunity to distribute information about orienteering.
• New club maps:  North Park (southern part), Laurel Ridge (more than just the ski trails)

  5.  Board Actions over the past year

        Buying more e-punch equipment:  30 control boxes, a master box , service card and carrying case

        Buying 15 compasses (replacements) and more punch cards

•  Hold 10 or more local events, at least one being training oriented - Ski-O scheduled for Jan 22; Raccoongaine (Mar 26) scheduled; plans for training day to be Apr 9 at Deer Lakes, and regular O event at Laurel Ridge on Apr 23
•  Hold workshops and promotional events for orienteering
•  Increase club membership and  volunteerism at meets - bring your ideas
•  Others dependent on motions to be made
