1. Approval of minutes of 24 November 2013 meeting.

  2. Election of officer members of the board of directors

        Currently, Jim Wolfe is President, Dave Battista is Vice President, and Jen Livingston is Secretary.  Jim and Dave are willing to continue in those offices.  Jen is willing to stay on as Secretary if no one else is interested; but if someone is interested, she is happy to let them give it a try.

  3. Report on Past Year's Achievements

• The 9 regular orienteering events plus Raccoongaine and Keystone Training.
• The 13 orienteering workshop exercises.
• The 2 formal presentations and 3 other opportunities to distribute information about orienteering..
• New club maps (Laurel Hill, Pine Ridge, Brady's Run)

  5.  Board Actions over the past year

        Buying more e-punch equipment and getting the computer repaired

•  Hold 10 or more local events, at least one being training oriented - Raccoongaine (Mar 22) scheduled, Brady's Run set for April 25 or 26
•  Hold workshops and promotional events for orienteering
•  Increase volunteerism at meets - bring your ideas
•  Others dependent on motions to be made
