• Nine orienteering events held, including our first mini-rogaine and a special bike event.
• Club members held workshops in a wide variety of locations around Western PA.
• Club members promoted orienteering in a variety of ways including fliers at REI stores, a video broadcast on Comcast cable, and with an article published in the Pittsburgh Post Gazette.
• Deer Lakes and Keystone maps were revised with enough detail for the  A-meet.
• Progress Report on Keystone Capers-  Jim Wolfe discussed the map updates, and explained the jobs that are being done and what still needs to be done.
5. Financial Report
A financial report was made for WPOC through November 14, 2010.  It shows the club to be financially stable.  The additional expected expenses for 2011 were explained as part of the A meet.  A complete report for 2010 will be sent to the membership in January after the fiscal year is completed.
6. A discussion of goals for 2011
The club discussed the goals for next year including holding a successful A meet with help from other more experienced clubs and to maintain our regular local meets.  We will also continue to provide promotional and educational events for newcomers to the sport.
7. A meet jobs for Keystone Capers that need done
Jim Wolfe showed a chart of jobs that need completed for a successful A meet and explained which ones are for experienced orienteers and which require no special skills.  He urged everyone to consider helping in some way with the jobs on the list.  It is also important to commit sooner rather than later because the skilled people will be very busy doing their jobs later and won't be able to round up volunteers closer to the time their jobs need done.
8. No new business.

Meeting adjourned at 3:55pm.
